Honest, excellent customer service, and saved me a TON of money! I'm a new homeowner, and just purchased a bundled home and auto insurance Safeco policy from Bryan. As a first-timer in this process, I needed help sorting through the various options. Bryan was patient, immediately responsive to all my questions, and very thorough in his approach. Most importantly, Bryan was great at making sure I understood the various coverage and risk levels, but not pushing me in any particular direction. Just to be sure, I comparison shopped across several others, and Bryan was definitely the lowest price and the easiest to work with. Best insurance company around! Bryan and his crew are really nice to customers and fully accommodate to you! My case wasn't easy (French guy there for 6 months, who wanted his motorcycle insured without opening a U.S. Bank account) but while all the other companies turned their back on me, Bryan tailored a perfect, decently priced plan for me! It was so fast, I was out riding in less than 15 minutes! I wish their store was more visible! They deserve more recognition!

There is a high five that every one of us needs in life. A great Doctor, a good mechanic, a lawyer, an accountant and a good insurance agent. Jesse Granat is that agent. For me, word of mouth is golden. The Mister kept on bugging me to change insurance, change insurance. But I was comfortable with our old company even though they screwed us over more than once. After 18 years I was convinced to convert to Kehl insurance agency. I am glad I did. I dont live in Thousand Oaks, but I grew up here. I know exactly where the office is. I am a firm believer in giving back to your community and giving business to smaller companies. Since we don't live in Thousand Oaks everything was done via emails or Facebook messenger. They are also just a phone call or text away. Super prompt communication. I am super picky when it comes to coverage. I don't care how old my car is or what the payout would be in case of an accident, I still want full coverage. Regardless of the cost. I also want to protect myself from people who don't carry enough coverage. So I had question after question and revision after revision. Jesse was very prompt with each request and very understanding. In the end we were provided with a policy that was cheaper than we have now with a reputable insurance carrier. Just need to wait a month for my old policy to expire. Then its on with the new one. I am a fan!!
